Hear the Music

This album is designed to help you reconnect with the songs that are stored in your memory – the songs of your youth and heritage. This may sound like a strange request, but please don’t play these songs for your child. Instead I want you to play them for yourself so you can learn them and pass them on in your own voice. I’m hoping you’ll start early by singing lullibies to your baby before birth, then continue during infancy with more lullabies while holding and rocking, then nursery songs with finger play and clapping as your child grows.
